Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages who are struggling with physical, mental, or developmental disabilities to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities and develop customized treatment plans to address their needs.
2. Assist patients in performing daily activities and tasks, such as dressing, cooking, and using the bathroom.
3. Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology to improve their independence.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
5. Keep detailed records of patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
6. Provide education and training to patients and their families on techniques for managing their conditions at home.
7. Stay current on the latest research and developments in occupational therapy to provide the best possible care to patients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
